We’re working with a Cardiff based, rapid growth digital mortgage broker, who are disrupting the mortgage market, and finding ways to make the homebuying journey more approachable and understandable for all. They want someone who will be responsible for processing mortgage applications through to approval stage and managing the long term relationship between the company and the customer throughout the process of the customer securing their mortgage.
Position: Mortgage Case Handler
Salary: £25,000 pa
Location: Cardiff with opportunity to work on a hybrid basis – 1 day in the office per week
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with no weekend working!
Start Date: ASAP

So what does the Mortgage Administrator role involve?
You’ll join a close-knit team of people where you’ll immediately make an impact, in this fast paced FinTech Mortgage Case Handler role. Responsibilities will include:
- Manage/process a pipeline of mortgage and protection applications by liaising with lenders and insurers and providing updates of the clients every step of the way.
- Process applications to approval stage as quickly as possible without compromising the level of customer experience and hence making sure customer experience is at the forefront of our minds when supporting the customer through this journey.

- 12 - 24 months Mortgage Administration Experience (whole of market)
- Experience dealing with a high volume of cases - Preferably 60+ a month
- Passion to provide the best customer experience at all times
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
