Position: Motor Claims Handler / Motor Personal Injury Claims Handler
Location: Cardiff (although fully remote working opportunities are available)
Salary: up to £24,000 pa depending on experience in claims handling roles
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

The job of Motor Claims Handler will involve the following main duties:

Take ownership of your own caseload of motor insurance claims (third party liability, personal injury and total loss)

Gather all the accident information that is available, making an initial decision of liability and starting the claims process by appointing relevant suppliers where necessary

Managing customer expectations at all times throughout the process
-
Making decisions based on the facts, treating all claims on their individual merits
-
Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim.
