Position: Office Administrator
Location: Cardiff City Centre (fully office-based)
Contract: Temporary position
Pay rate: £13 – £15 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a well-respected charity based in Cardiff City Centre. You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation, alongside providing light PA support to the CEO. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone organised, proactive and confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.

To hit the ground running in this Office Administrator role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in an office administration or PA role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
What does the role entail?
As an Office Administrator, working for this charity in Cardiff City Centre, you will be responsible for the following:
Office Administration
- Managing incoming emails, phone calls and general correspondence
- Maintaining office systems, digital filing and accurate records
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and room bookings
- Supporting HR administration, including onboarding paperwork and basic staff records
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with external suppliers if needed
- Providing general office coordination and ad hoc administrative support as required
PA Support to the CEO
- Managing the CEO’s diary and scheduling meetings
- Preparing meeting papers and agendas when required
- Taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assisting with travel arrangements and meeting logistics when needed
