Operations Manager
  • Belfast (Hybrid / Flexible Working)
  • £50,000 – £60,000 + Benefits (private health cover, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays)
  • Full time – 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, commercially minded Operations Manager or Office Manager to become the right hand to the Belfast based director and play a central role in keeping the agency running at its very best. This isn’t a narrow, boxed-in role. It’s broad, hands-on, and hugely impactful. You’ll be the person who makes things happen, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum across the business.

What you’ll be doing
 
You’ll take the lead on the day-to-day operational backbone of the business, including:
 
  • Keeping HR policies, procedures, and documentation organised and up to date (working alongside an external HR consultant)
  • Supporting finance processes - raising invoices, managing PO numbers, payroll, cash flow and liaising with accountants
  • Managing company insurances and key compliance requirements
  • Booking UK and international travel
  • Producing MI reporting
  • Continuously improving processes to keep the business efficient and scalable
 
In short: if it keeps the company running smoothly, you’ll have a hand in it.
 
What we’re looking for
 
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced office, scaling agency or start-up and comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and getting stuck in
  • Highly organised and naturally proactive with proven experience in a similar operations manager / office manager role
  • Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
  • Process-driven, with a passion for making things better
  • Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
  • Confident working independently and taking ownership
  • Someone who doesn’t wait to be told - you own your role
