Position: Part Time Call Centre Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £18,500 pa pro rata plus competitive annual bonus
Hours: PART TIME Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3pm - NO WEEKENDS!
Location: Cardiff City Centre, but option to choose to work from home
Contract: Permanent

This fantastic part time customer service advisor opportunity will see you take on a varied and interesting role, where you will take incoming calls from customers, in addition to the following main duties:

Helping customers with everything related to their account, providing incredible customer service by listening, empathising, building trust and taking full ownership of the solution to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer, whatever it takes

Taking on feedback, proactively working to improve customer experience, because you genuinely care about the customer journey

Working in a team to promote new standards for customer experience, supporting others to be their best selves

Call Centre, retail or hospitality customer service advisor experience or a background in financial services / banking customer facing role

Experience in a fast paced, call centre environment with an emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service experiences
