Part Time Payroll Advisor / HR Administrator | Cardiff Bay | Temporary Contract
We’re looking for an immediately available Payroll Advisor to join the team on a temporary basis to support through a busy time.
You’ll be working for a Cardiff based not-for-profit organisation with a great culture, lovely supportive team and potential longer term opportunities for a permanent role.
Here’s a bit more information:
Position: Payroll Advisor
Pay rate: £16.48 per hour (equivalent of £30,000 pa full time)
Location: Office based - Cardiff Bay (close to great public transport, including bus and train)
Hours: Part time, 21 hours per week (open to 3 full days or 5 shorter days)
Duration: Temporary – initially 1 to 2 months

The role:
- Acting as first point of contact for all Payroll queries across the organisation
- Updating and maintaining employee payroll
- Reviewing both weekly and monthly payroll prior to submission
- In addition to payroll, support the lovely team in all HR administration across the full employee life cycle
- Take ownership for payroll and generalist HR administration as required
What we’re looking for:
- Previous Payroll Advisor experience
- Experience in HR administration would be desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
