£30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £80,000+)

Are you an experienced Protection Advisor looking for a role with high-quality leads, uncapped earning potential and genuine career progression?
We're recruiting on behalf of one of Cardiff's fastest-growing FinTech mortgage brokerages, who are looking to grow their Protection team.
With 120-150 qualified leads every month from completed mortgages, you'll spend your time doing what you do best - advising customers, not cold calling.
What's on offer?
- £30,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £80,000+

- Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
- Office-based for your first 3 months
- Monday-Friday working hours
- No weekends

The Role
You'll speak with customers following the completion of their mortgage, providing expert advice on protection products including life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection.
Managing each case from initial conversation through to completion, you'll deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent compliance standards.
What we're looking for
- Previous Protection Advisor/Protection Insurance sales experience is essential
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-focused, consultative approach
- Motivated by uncapped earnings and career progression
