Role: Recruitment Administrator - Compliance
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £20,000 + benefits: 25 days hols + bank hols per year, salary financing services, on-site parking, retail discounts + more!
Location: Cardiff-based office; hybrid working - 1 or 2 days in the office per week

As the Recruitment Compliance Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring this organisation is fully compliant from a legal and regulatory perspective by ensuring all HR documents and employee files are up to date and fit for purpose.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating electronic HR filing systems
- Supporting with the administration of contractual changes by ensuring appropriate paperwork is sent out, payroll is informed, and all necessary databases are updated;
- Completing all right to work and reference checks on all new colleagues and ensuring they are received prior to commencement of employment;
- Arranging Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Checks;
- Completing any necessary risk assessments;
- Liaising with occupational health to arrange follow up appointments;
- Working closely with the Recruitment team to coordinate all onboarding processes.
To be successful in this Recruitment Administrator role, you will need:
- Proven experience of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Exceptional administration skills; it would be great if you have experience within a regulatory environment
- DBS knowledge (desirable)
- Strong communicator – both written and spoken.
