*This role is remote throughout the pandemic and will be a hybrid role going forward, with the occasional travel to the Newport Office!
As an Internal Recruiter, there is no 'typical' day in the office as you're working with people after all, however, you will be responsible for:
- Drafting and advertising new jobs based on your resource plan, attracting a diverse pool of top talent
- Managing the candidate journey which includes: screening and shortlisting CVs, pre-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, drafting and issuing offers / contract, referencing and credit checks, arranging equipment and onboarding activities
- Entering new starters onto the HR system
- Working with Line Managers and the Learning & Development team to create a great on boarding experience
- Working within clear KPI’s & SLA’s.
- Updating the recruitment activity trackers
This is an extremely fast-paced role and will suit someone who has worked with high volume recruitment, or is looking for a bigger challenge.
We are looking for a solutions-focused, self-starter, who is really passionate about all things people, customer service and continuous learning / improvement.
