I’m working with a fantastic organisation with ambitious growth plans, who are looking for a charismatic and eager Recruitment Coordinator to help get them where they need to be (and have some fun along the way!)
Initially, we can guarantee a 3-month FTC, however, a lot of the current team have started their careers in the same way and are now in permanent roles and have progressed their careers through promotions.

In return for your hard efforts, you will be offered a

Reporting in to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be supported by a dynamic, and family-like team of 4, and play a pivotal role in delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns to support the organisation's growth strategy.
You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for a number of roles at any one time; coordinating interviews, vetting checks, and managing the process through their ATS.
There will be times where this role will may be high-pressured, but it's not all work no play! the team are very social and have regular virtual catch ups to check in and have a laugh along the way!

This will be a remote-working role initially, but don't worry, there's full onboarding support so you won't be left in the dark with what you're doing! Post-lockdown, there may be the need to attend the office on occasion, so ideally you will need to be able to travel to South Wales.
