Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
Full Time – 37 hours per week – Flexitime available

About You
- Fluent Welsh speaker, able to work confidently in Welsh and English (essential)
- Relevant Customer service / administrative experience
- Strong IT skills (especially with Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – In Welsh!
- Experience handling varied enquiries in a professional environment
- High attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What You’ll Be Doing (and the impact you’ll make)
- Supporting the delivery of registration services, including maintaining accurate practitioner records
- Processing registrations, renewals and applications throughout the year
- Assessing the suitability of applicants for registration
- Gathering and updating data from practitioners, employers and external bodies
- Supporting the administration including issuing certificates
- Assisting with statutory Induction processes for newly qualified practitioners
- Providing a professional bilingual enquiry and helpdesk service via phone and email
- Preparing routine reports and performance statistics for senior management
- Ensuring compliance with Welsh language, equality and data protection legislation
- Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required
