Position: Sales Consultant (Telesales Advisor)
Salary: Basic salary of £26,000 pa with uncapped commission (OTE c£60,000 - £80,000pa)
Location: Cardiff Bay (hybrid after probation – 2 days / week working from home)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Shifts between 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday (one late per week 11.30am to 8pm), 9am to 5.30pm Friday and one in four Saturdays 9am to 2pm (with time off in lieu)

This new Telesales Consultant role will see you speaking with pre-qualified customers to help them find the right protection insurance to meet their individual and family needs. You will offer outstanding customer service, utilising your knowledge and expertise of the marketplace to truly offer a unique advised recommendation that best suits your customer.
Main responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating exceptional sales ability, building relationships and rapport whilst carrying out detailed fact finds to uncover customers’ demands and needs
- Effectively matching customers’ demands and needs to the best insurance policies available, and fully explaining to individual customers how the recommended policies would benefit them within their specific circumstances
- Liaise with insurer partners to determine best industry policies and practices and handle customer complaints and cancellations effectively
- Deliver a high level of communication both via telephone and e-mail by ensuring spelling, grammar and punctuation are perfect
- Ensuring customers quotations are sent in a timely manner and the correct / relevant documentation is sent
- Managing your customer call backs to make sure all customer call backs are made on time and at a time and date agreed with the customer
