Sales Consultant
- Cardiff (Hybrid – 3 days in the office after training)
- £32,000 basic + uncapped monthly bonus (Realistic OTE £45,000+)
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (no weekend working!)
We're recruiting on behalf of a progressive global business that's growing its Cardiff sales team.
This isn't a lead-following sales role. It's a genuine 360 consultative sales position where you'll build your own pipeline, engage decision-makers, run discovery conversations, present solutions, negotiate and close deals.
We're looking for a sales consultant who can talk the talk and walk the walk.
If you can confidently explain how you generate opportunities, qualify prospects, uncover customer needs, handle objections and win new business, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Conducting discovery calls and solution-based sales conversations
- Delivering online product demonstrations
- Managing your pipeline from lead generation through to close
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous B2B sales experience
- Have managed the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Take a consultative approach to selling
- Thrive in a target-driven environment
