Position: Sales Manager - Telesales
Location: Cardiff, with plenty of free parking and opportunity for Hybrid working after training (1 to 2 days per week from home)
Salary: up to £45,000 pa (depending on experience) + OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (early finish Friday) + one Saturday every 2 months, 9am to 2pm

As a Sales Team Leader, working for this insurance company in Cardiff, you will be responsible for the following:
- Leading a team of 13 insurance telesales advisors
- Ensuring monthly renewals targets are met
- Demonstrating strong sales acumen within a regulated sales role – ensuring compliance, regulatory and industry standards are met
In order to hit the ground running in this insurance telesales team leader role, you should have:
- Previous experience within a contact centre telesales team leader role, successfully managing teams of regulated sales professionals within a proactive inbound or outbound telesales role
- Proven experience of coaching and developing sales people
- Strong background in insurance or regulated sales role
- Strong self-motivation and a commitment to achieving set business targets
