Position: Sales Manager
Location: Cardiff / Hybrid
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 OTE
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hour per week

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating the team to maximise the conversion of warm leads into advisor referrals
- Generating quality referrals
- Coaching individuals through real-time call listening and regular 1:1s, helping improve sales techniques, objection handling, and conversion behaviours
- Managing live sales campaigns and using performance metrics to identify coaching needs and drive results
- Fostering a positive and high-energy team culture focused on collaboration, best practice sharing, and target achievement
- Supporting the development of Team Leaders and Assistant Managers
- Leading both in-office and remote agents effectively through strong communication, coaching, and leadership
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-performing sales or telesales environment
- At least 2 years’ experience in a team management or performance leadership role
- Proven ability to coach and manage teams to exceed targets
- Strong data literacy – able to interpret KPIs and adjust strategy accordingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural leadership style
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and hybrid (remote + office) teams
- Resilient, highly organised, and motivated by team success
- GCSEs (including Maths and English at grade C or above)
