Sales Support Administrator - Bridgend

Position: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Bridgend (Office based) – Free parking
Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 pa
Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–16:30, Fri 07:30–16:00 (Part time hours are also considered)

We’re working with a growing, forward-thinking business based in Bridgend that are looking for proactive and organised Sales Support Administrator’s. This is a pivotal role, designed to free up different departments in the office. If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys admin, providing excellent customer service, thrives on being organised, and takes pride in creating and following processes, this could be the perfect role for you.

Must-Haves

  • Excellent administration skills and experience
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience creating professional presentations
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, follow up, and work proactively
  • Self-starter with high energy and customer focus

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems and order processing tools (e.g. Sage, Smartsheet)
  • Confidence liaising with multiple departments (sales, operations, design, transport)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing all sales team meeting actions and updating the CRM
  • Preparing and sending proposals (including savings calculations) and logging activity on the CRM
  • Creating tailored customer and product sales presentations
  • Registering inbound leads and supporting pipeline management
  • Following up actions from sales, product training, and pipeline meetings
  • Attending team meetings, typing up notes, and circulating actions
  • Assisting directors with executive tasks such as inductions, process mapping, and special projects
  • Sending proactive customer emails with advice, updates, and new products
  • Updating website content (pricing, new products) in collaboration with marketing
  • Handling inbound phone calls and Customer Service emails
  • Processing orders, sending confirmations, providing delivery estimates, and maintaining project records in Sage, CRM, and Smartsheet
  • Coordinating with operations and design teams to manage project builds
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the order lifecycle, resolving queries, and logging issues
  • Supporting transport with delivery planning
