Sales Support Administrator
Bridgend (fully office based)
Salary – £29k - £30k per annum
Hours of work - 08.00 – 16:30 (Mon-Thurs) 07.30 – 16.00 (Friday)

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator with at least two years' experience in an office-based customer service role.
You will proactively support the sales team by freeing them up to spend more time selling and in front of customers. This role is predominantly managing orders, answering customer queries, CRM records, proposals, and project coordination.
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience service customers via the telephone
- Previous Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly competent in MS Office especially Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
- Strong attention to detail
The role
- Respond to customer emails and be the first line of response to all incoming calls
- Answer all customer questions regarding orders
- Process and despatch orders, send order confirmations with estimated delivery dates
- Advise customers if any delays
- Provide quotations for the sales team and existing customers on stock items
- Prepare and send proposals/product-specific presentations
- Register inbound sales leads; escalate or follow up with sales team
- Send proactive content emails re new products/solutions
- Maintain accurate project records in SAGE, their CRM and Smartsheet
