Position: Mortgage Sales Team Manager
Salary: £50,000 pa plus monthly bonus (OTE £75,000 pa)
Location: Cardiff Bay area (with hybrid working between office and home available)
Hours of Work: Full time 40 hours per week contract
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent

So what does the Mortgage Team Manager role involve?
You’ll join a close-knit team of people where you’ll immediately make an impact, in this fast paced FinTech Sales Team Manager role. Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and coaching a team of 10 – 12 Mortgage Advisors to achieve personal objectives and quality standards
- Ensuring the team of CeMap qualified mortgage advisors have the skills, motivations and support to achieve submission volumes
- First line supervisions duties including observations, one to ones, case checks & analysis and documentation of KPI and performance data
You should apply if you…
- You have a background within a regulated sales environment (mortgages, financial services or insurance)
- A minimum of 2 years experience directly line managing financials services, insurance or mortgage sales teams
- Proven experience of coaching and developing sales teams, motivating them to achieve in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Able to achieve strong levels of team cohesion
