Salary – £34,610 per annum + excellent benefits

Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working – minimum 2 days per week on site

About You
• Proven experience managing complex and sensitive Employee Relations casework
• CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience), with membership or willingness to work towards
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
• Confident advising, coaching and influencing managers on a wide range of people matters
• Experience supporting change management and organisational initiatives
• Skilled in building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to assess risk and provide pragmatic, outcome-focused solutions
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach
What You’ll Be Doing (and the impact you’ll make)
• Managing a wide range of complex Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence
• Coaching and supporting managers to ensure fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes
• Supporting early resolution and conflict prevention to promote positive working relationships
• Collaborating with Trade Unions and key stakeholders to resolve workplace issues
• Supporting employment tribunal preparation and liaising with legal representatives where required
• Monitoring trends and insights from casework to inform proactive improvements and strategy
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of policies and procedures
• Delivering training and guidance to managers on Employee Relations and best practice
• Supporting wider People initiatives, including wellbeing and engagement
• Championing inclusion, fairness and respect across all aspects of employee relations
