We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Recruitment Partner / Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join a fast-paced and growing organisation in Cardiff.
You'll be joining a proven Talent Acquisition team with a great culture, working alongside experienced Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Partners who are passionate about delivering great hiring outcomes and continuously improving how they work.
We're looking for someone who has operated at a senior/lead level within an in-house recruitment environment.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a varied recruitment portfolio, typically managing around 10 vacancies at any one time, alongside strategic projects and improvements to the wider recruitment lifecycle.
What we're looking for
To be successful you'll have:
- Proven experience operating at a senior or lead level within an in-house recruitment or talent acquisition team.
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading through influence and collaboration.
- A track record of identifying and embedding best practice and improved ways of working within recruitment.
- The ability to understand what is and isn't working, identify meaningful success metrics and use data to demonstrate improvements.
- Strong knowledge and genuine interest in recruitment technology, AI and emerging recruitment tools, with the ability to assess what is genuinely fit for purpose.
- Experience identifying opportunities to improve the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle through technology, process and innovation.
- Proven experience recruiting for commercial/sales roles at management and senior level.
- Strong headhunting and proactive talent pipelining skills, with an understanding of what makes a successful salesperson in a complex business environment.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies across different levels and functions.
- Previous experience working closely with HR, L&D and other internal stakeholders to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- A commercially minded and proactive approach, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working and make recommendations.

The role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing recruitment across the UK business, with a particular focus on the UK Supply Chain division.
- Recruiting for a varied portfolio of roles, typically across mid to senior level, including Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Heads of, alongside roles such as HR Consultants/Advisors, Health & Safety Officers, Renewals and Marketing Executives.
- Managing your own vacancies from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Using headhunting, direct sourcing and proactive talent pipelining to identify high-quality candidates.
- Acting as a senior recruitment partner to hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Supporting the wider Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Partner team through coaching, collaboration and sharing best practice.
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
- Developing and embedding improved ways of working, aligned with global recruitment best practice.
- Using recruitment data and meaningful metrics to measure performance and demonstrate the impact of improvements.
- Staying up to date with developments in AI and recruitment technology and making recommendations on how these can improve the recruitment function.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment lifecycle through technology and innovation.
- Working closely with HR and L&D to ensure recruitment activity supports wider people and development strategies.
- Supporting recruitment projects alongside day-to-day vacancy delivery.
- Potentially supporting recruitment across UK Technology and Product teams, depending on your experience and skillset.
- Supporting the continued development of recruitment best practice as the business grows across the UK and Europe.
