Position: Service Desk Administrator (Customer Service Helpdesk)
Salary: £19,500 pa + quarterly bonus
Location: Cardiff City Centre with opportunity to work on a hybrid basis between home and office (once training complete)
Hours of Work: Full time 37 contract, Monday to Friday shifts between 8am to 5.30pm (8am to 4.30pm, 8.30am to 5pm or 9am to 5.30pm) – no weekends!
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent

So what does the role involve?
Working as a service desk administrator in this busy customer contact centre, you’ll join a close-knit team of people where you’ll immediately make an impact. Responsibilities will include:

Facilitating service and repair requirements for business customers

Liaising with engineers to book in customer repairs

Ensuring excellent customer service, keeping customer updated and ensuring great communication channels between customers and suppliers

Administration including booking in servicing, ordering parts, creating and sending invoices and other administration duties to assist in the running of the Cardiff office

Dealing with Customers and Suppliers

Liaising with internal departments
-
Participating in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Have recent experience in customer service role where you’ve had to speak to customers on the phone

Are a technically minded and confident individual who is IT literate (including MS Office and ideally experience in CRM systems)

Have the ability to multi-task and build strong relationships with demanding clients

Possess great problem solving ability and the ability to take ownership of concerns, problems and issues

Used to working in a fast paced customer service or coordinator role
