Job Title: Portuguese and Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £22,000 pa
Contract: Permanent

Day to day, you will manage the communication with the company’s Portuguese and Spanish customers and clients, delivering top customer service verbally and in writing. You will be the primary contact and service provider for the company’s clients and their customers. You will evaluate and settle insurance claims within the delegated limits of authority, ensuring that customers receive an exceptional claims service and are dealt with adhering to the TCF guidelines embedded within the process.
So what experience do I need?
Previous insurance claims / contact centre background is not essential for this role, but you should definitely have a passion for customer service and delivering the best possible customer experience.
Other Requirements / Skills Required:
- Fluent Portuguese and Spanish speaker (oral, reading & written)
- Ability to work as part of a team and on an individual basis
- Customer Service orientated
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills
