We're recruiting for a rapidly growing, specialist mortgage brokerage in Cardiff. Due to continued business growth and ambitious expansion plans, we're looking for commercially minded, customer-focused individuals to join their expanding advisory team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both existing Mortgage Advisors looking for their next move and CeMAP-qualified individuals with a background in sales, contact centres, financial services, estate agency or other customer-facing environments.
Whether you're bringing existing mortgage advisory experience or looking to move into the profession, you'll receive the support, training and ongoing development needed to succeed. You'll work with qualified customer leads (no cold calling) and have the opportunity to build a long-term career with significant earning potential.
What's on offer?
- £30,000 basic salary
- £70,000–£80,000 realistic first-year OTE

What we're looking for
We're interested in people who can demonstrate:
- CeMAP qualification – CeMAP Level 1 is the minimum requirement to be considered. Candidates with Level 1 will be considered, provided they're committed to completing CeMAP Levels 2 and 3 before starting. Fully CeMAP-qualified advisors are also encouraged to apply.
- Relevant work experience – existing mortgage advisory experience or a background in sales, contact centres, financial services, estate agency, customer service, retail sales or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Commercial awareness – you're comfortable working towards targets, identifying opportunities and delivering results.
- Excellent communication skills – confident building rapport, asking the right questions and managing customer conversations.
- Drive and ambition – motivated by personal development, career progression and the opportunity to earn well.
You don't necessarily need previous mortgage advising experience, but we're looking for more than just a qualification. We want people who can bring relevant experience, the right attitude and a genuine appetite for success in financial services.
