Position: Telesales Executive
Salary: £26,180 pa plus monthly bonus (Realistic OTE £45k)
Location: North Cardiff (free parking available onsite) with a “work your way” flexible working culture and Hybrid working
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (no weekends!)
Contract: Permanent

So what does the role involve?
- Taking both inbound and making outbound calls, to a high volume of prospective new business customers
- Taking a consultative sales approach to overcome any concerns and handling objections to close sales
- Sending follow up emails to engage prospects
- Upselling and cross selling
- Keeping customer records up to date utilising the CRM system
- Managing your own sales pipeline
- Working in a personal and team KPI and target driven sales environment

- You have previous customer retentions or telesales executive experience in a B2B or B2C role, with the ability to overcome objections in a phone based telesales position
- You have previous outbound sales experience with negotiation/closing experience
- You possess excellent telephone based customer service skills
- You have strong attention to detail and are competent using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- You thrive in a pressurised, targeted telesales environment, supporting other members of the team in a highly team orientated sales role
- You are positive and outgoing with great people skills
