We’re looking for an immediately available HR Administrator to join the team on a 3-month temporary basis to support through a busy time.
You’ll be working for a not-for-profit organisation with a great culture, lovely supportive team and potential longer term opportunities for a permanent role.

Position: HR Administrator
Pay rate: £12.80 per hour
Location: Cardiff Bay (close to great public transport, including bus and train)
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm (35 hpw)
Duration: Temporary – initially 3 months

The role:
- Acting as first point of contact for all HR queries across the organisation
- Updating and maintaining employee record files
- Reviewing and implementing new administration procedures to streamline for efficiencies
- Support the lovely team in all HR administration across the full employee life cycle
- Take ownership for recruitment administration and onboarding – posting job adverts, preparing offer letters and contract, reference audits, welcome packs and probation reviews.
