£70,000–£80,000 OTE | Cardiff City Centre | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
We're recruiting for a fast-growing mortgage brokerage in Cardiff and are looking for ambitious people who want to build a career in mortgage advice.
No previous mortgage experience required. If you've got a background in sales, estate agency, retail, hospitality, customer service or contact centres, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll receive full training and coaching, work with qualified customer leads (no cold calling) and have the opportunity to build a long-term career with uncapped earning potential.
What's on offer?
- £30,000 basic salary

- Monday–Friday, 9am to 5pm, no weekends

About you
- We're looking for someone who is confident, target driven, commercially minded and great with people.
- CeMAP Level 1 is required and you must be on track to be CeMAP Level 3 qualified before starting in October.
