We’re recruiting for a fast-growing FinTech mortgage brokerage in Cardiff that is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals ready to become successful Mortgage Advisors.
No mortgage advising experience is required.
If you already hold CeMAP Level 1 or full CeMAP, this is an incredible opportunity to join a business that will give you the training, support and development needed to become a high-performing Mortgage Advisor.
We’re especially keen to hear from people with strong communication skills, a great attitude and the drive to succeed, whether your background is in retail, hospitality, customer service, contact centres, sales or any other customer-facing environment.

The role
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you’ll support customers through the mortgage process from enquiry through to completion while learning from experienced advisors.
You’ll be:

Speaking with customers daily

Building strong customer relationships

Managing warm inbound leads
-
Learning how to deliver mortgage advice

Working towards targets and performance goals

Developing your knowledge, confidence and earning potential
What we’re looking for:

Ideally CeMAP Level 1 minimum

Strong communication and people skills

Positive, motivated attitude

Eagerness to learn and develop

Self-motivated and ambitious mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous mortgage or financial services experience is not essential.
