Position: Transport Administrator
Salary: up to £33,000 pa
Location: Bridgend - Fully office based
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am – 4:30pm | Friday, 7:30am – 4pm
Contract: Permanent

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Transport Administrator or Logistics Administrator position
- Experience in an office-based customer service / administration role
- Confident working with Sage, Excel, Smartsheet, CRM systems or similar software
- Able to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of UK geography
- Experience in a multi-faceted role
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for customer calls and emails
- Process and confirm orders, including delivery estimates
- Provide regular updates, quotations, and proof of delivery
- Accurately update project records in Sage, Smartsheet, and CRM
- Liaise with operations and design teams to ensure timely project builds
- Keep customers informed throughout the order lifecycle
- Resolve issues and log complaints within the CRM
- Follow up with existing customers and escalate concerns where needed
- Assist the Transport team with delivery planning
